Salary: $142,000 - $165,000

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Oakland headquarters to maintain a high-quality, inclusive, and productive environment.
- Partner with the Facilities team on office design, layout, and accessibility to support employee needs.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to shape inclusive food programs and culture-building initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of organization-wide internal events and ERG programming.
- Manage the Oakland office budget, tracking expenses and identifying operational improvements.
- Use qualitative and quantitative employee feedback to evolve the Workplace Experience strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or corporate hospitality, ideally in tech.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Proven track record of planning and executing creative, inclusive community-building events.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in budget management and operational workflows.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions; no visa sponsorship is available.
