TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $155,000 - $188,000

What you will do

  • Own organic and paid acquisition strategy, including direct management of the paid acquisition agency.
  • Drive acquisition within developer communities such as Reddit, Hacker News, and GitHub.
  • Lead the Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion, including activation funnel design and self-serve to sales-led handoffs.
  • Develop GTM programs and narratives targeting strategic AI/ML infrastructure markets.
  • Manage North Star KPIs and partner with BI to maintain PLG dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing Ops.

Requirements

  • Experience at a developer-centric infrastructure company (Developer tools, Cloud Infrastructure, or IaaS).
  • Proven track record of building and owning a PLG motion.
  • Strong instinct for acquisition and traffic-driven growth.
  • Ability to build business cases for product investment and write technical briefs.
  • Expertise in developer channels (Reddit, HN, GitHub) as acquisition tools.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure or data pipeline tooling.
  • Experience directing a paid acquisition agency.
  • Experience in a post-IPO company.
  • Experience building a growth function from scratch.
