Growth Marketing Lead (Fintech/Web3): Designing and executing end-to-end user acquisition strategies for an onchain broker platform with an accent on channel discovery and conversion optimization. Focus on building SEO frameworks from scratch, scaling trader-focused creator programs, and optimizing the full user lifecycle.

Location: Remote across UK and Europe, or onsite in New York City (NYC).

Compensation: $150K - $250K

An innovative fintech organization establishing an onchain broker layer for global markets, enabling the trading of equities, commodities, and FX via perpetuals.

What you will do

• Own the entire user acquisition funnel, including traffic, signups, funded accounts, and first-trade conversions.
• Identify, test, and scale untapped acquisition channels such as SEO, lifecycle email, and paid social in LATAM, SEA, and MENA.
• Build and manage a trader-focused creator program across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Establish an SEO framework including keyword strategy, programmatic pages, and educational hubs.
• Optimize the end-to-end user journey from waitlist to first deposit and long-term retention.
• Implement paid acquisition strategies and build analytics dashboards to monitor CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing within crypto, consumer fintech, or retail trading.
• Proven track record as a zero-to-one operator building growth functions from the ground up.
• Analytical proficiency with tools such as GA4, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
• Exceptional writing skills for ad copy, landing pages, and creator briefs.
• Must be crypto-native or an active trader with deep knowledge of onchain trading and perpetual DEXs.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as iGaming or CFDs.
• Familiarity with Affiliate or Introducing Broker (IB) programs.
• Background at a major brokerage or retail trading platform like eToro, Robinhood, or Revolut.
