What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of technical evangelists and content creators, managing existing Drupal advocate roles.
- Design and execute a developer relations strategy targeting digital leaders and marketing technologists beyond the core Drupal community.
- Act as a hands-on evangelist by building with products, creating demos, and developing technical content.
- Maintain an active public presence through industry events, LinkedIn, and relevant technical forums.
- Define a multi-format content strategy spanning video, written, and social formats to drive awareness and adoption.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to align dev rel programs with pipeline and adoption goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years in developer relations, technical marketing, or developer advocacy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Developer background with a career trajectory toward digital leadership or marketing technology.
- Demonstrated experience with Drupal and a deep understanding of its ecosystem and community.
- Proven portfolio of technical content including videos, conference talks, blog posts, or tutorials.
- Active community presence with a track record of growing communities outside an established ecosystem.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience working at a DXP, CMS, or martech company.
- Familiarity with vibe coding tools and the no-code/low-code movement.
- Experience in bridging engineering and marketing, such as in a Solutions Architect or Technical Product Manager role.
