What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities.
  • Position solutions across Cloud, AI, Security, and SaaS.
  • Collaborate with partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, Wiz, and Okta.
  • Drive proposals, negotiations, and commercial conversations with decision-makers.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the overall sales motion.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Cloud, Security, or IT services.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Ability to own deals from initial meeting to signature.
  • Strong skills in discovery and qualification of customer pain points.
  • Proactive and structured approach to pipeline management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDICC or similar qualification frameworks.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Zoho or Salesforce.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of identity-related security topics.
