What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned partner accounts, building relationships from managers to executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist partners with technical configurations, architecture design, and process modeling.
- Monitor billing accuracy, contract compliance, and track usage trends to identify anomalies.
- Ensure partners are fully trained on product capabilities and promote industry best practices.
- Lead strategic discussions, business reviews, and manage escalations effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account or partner relationship management.
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts post-sale.
- Technical proficiency in contact center environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 10%.
