What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned partner accounts, building relationships from managers to executives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist partners with technical configurations, architecture design, and process modeling.
  • Monitor billing accuracy, contract compliance, and track usage trends to identify anomalies.
  • Ensure partners are fully trained on product capabilities and promote industry best practices.
  • Lead strategic discussions, business reviews, and manage escalations effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account or partner relationship management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts post-sale.
  • Technical proficiency in contact center environments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 10%.
