Location: Hybrid based in New York, NY (must work from office at least two days per week)

Salary: $152,000 - $190,000 USD per year + commission

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to manage the technical aspects of the enterprise sales cycle.
• Lead technical discovery conversations to identify customer data, AI, and business challenges.
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• Translate requirements into solution architectures using the Deasy Labs platform and hirify.global ecosystem.
• Guide customers in organizing and enriching unstructured data for AI and analytics use cases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales for enterprise software.
• Knowledge of unstructured data, machine learning, or information retrieval technologies.
• Experience with data governance, data catalogs, data quality, and data privacy platforms.
• Practitioner experience in data management, integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in value-based selling, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI analysis.
• Background in process and project management.
