What you will do
- Manage large enterprise accounts to ensure value realization, high retention rates, and customer advocacy.
- Craft and execute strategic success plans that align 's capabilities with the customer's business goals.
- Identify adoption opportunities and retention risks to proactively mitigate churn and align internal teams.
- Design and track ROI metrics to quantify the business value delivered by the platform.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead executive-level meetings and workshops using a prescriptive, outcome-driven approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical CSM, Technical Account Manager, or Success Architect in the Enterprise Software space.
- Deep expertise in cloud software, Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, and data quality concepts.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and how applications integrate within a complex customer ecosystem.
- Proven ability to establish trust and command credibility with senior executives.
- Must be based in or authorized to work in California
