What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align on messaging and growth strategies for managed accounts.
- Research accounts to identify opportunities for usage increase, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Perform account mapping and drive engagement with new stakeholders.
- Manage and follow up on sales opportunities to increase account penetration.
- Recruit and drive attendance of prospects and leads to company and industry events.
- Handle sales-related administrative functions as directed.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of previous sales or cold-calling experience.
- Must be home-based in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interaction.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
