Location: Based in Chandler, AZ. Must reside in approved US states (AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, VA; others subject to approval). Hybrid schedule (4 days office, 1 day remote after training).

Salary: $50,000 base, $75,000 average annual earnings (OTE) with uncapped commission potential.

What you will do

• Advise customers on auto loan refinancing and additional vehicle protection products.
• Effectively manage and maintain a high-volume pipeline of prospective customers.
• Process finance deals accurately through financial sources to secure funding.
• Perform needs assessments, overcome objections, and manage customer expectations.
• Operate in congruence with lender guidelines, finance laws, and internal compliance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in inside sales, insurance sales, college admissions, or financial services.
• Experience handling and maintaining a high-volume pipeline.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and utilize various software platforms.
• Must be based in approved US states: AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, and VA.
