TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Driving business growth and expanding the customer base in the LATAM market through proactive outreach and lead qualification with an accent on pipeline generation and outbound prospecting. Focus on qualifying high-potential leads, managing sales cadences, and collaborating with sales teams to scale revenue.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX) — Must be based in Austin and work from the office 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)

What you will do

  • Prospect and research potential leads and target accounts in the LATAM region.
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to introduce hirify.global products and services.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, authority, and fit to build a high-quality pipeline.
  • Manage and update CRM (Salesforce) with accurate data and lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, including daily call and email targets and weekly opportunity generation.

Requirements

  • Fluent (Business Level) Spanish is required for the LATAM market.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX to satisfy hybrid office requirements.
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience or proven experience in sales/lead generation.
  • Foundational knowledge of computer networking and how the internet works.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools like Outreach.io or Salesloft.
  • Ability to travel within and outside the United States and Canada as required.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding achievable sales targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection or objections in a positive, resilient manner.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
