Location: Must work from a remote home office location in or near VA, D.C., MD, WV or KY

Salary: $71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD + Commission

What you will do

  • Drive profitable sales growth within an assigned established account base of CPA firms.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to convey the value of cloud software solutions.
  • Identify market gaps and collaborate with Product Managers to translate client requirements into functional specifications.
  • Develop and execute an Annual Business Plan with accurate pipeline predictions and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal sales personnel and managers to resolve account or channel conflicts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or related field (or 6+ years of SaaS field sales experience).
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically with on-premise/cloud software or SaaS business applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a consultative sales approach (e.g., Challenger Sales, Miller Heiman).
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually for client visits and industry events.
