TL;DR

Senior Account Executive II (Data Management SaaS): Drive sales growth in UKI territory by prospecting new accounts, expanding existing ones, and managing complex enterprise deal cycles with an accent on consultative selling and ROI demonstration. Focus on building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, accurate forecasting, and collaborating with partners to close high-value deals.

Hybrid role based in London office; must work from office at least two days each week. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Prospect net new accounts and develop relationships with existing customers to build and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
  • Create demand for expansions within current accounts to increase hirify.global's footprint.
  • Manage full deal cycles from lead origination and stakeholder mapping to negotiation, close, and post-sale expansion.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and peers in consultative sales processes to identify value and ROI.
  • Provide reliable forecasting with real-time Salesforce updates.

Requirements

  • Consistently achieved or overachieved SaaS sales quota.
  • Experience in Data Management domain highly preferred.
  • Navigated complex direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Sold net-new business and expansions to C-level buyers in large enterprises.
  • 2-3+ years in data management sales with proven track record.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Comfortable traveling when required; no visa sponsorship available.
