Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year + commission

What you will do

  • Prospect net-new accounts and develop relationships with existing customers to build pipeline and quota coverage
  • Drive demand for expansions within current accounts to increase hirify.global's footprint
  • Manage full deal cycles from lead origination and stakeholder mapping to negotiation, close, and expansion
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and peers in consultative sales, identifying value and ROI
  • Provide reliable forecasting with real-time Salesforce updates

Requirements

  • Consistently achieved or overachieved SaaS sales quota
  • Experience in Data Management domain and SaaS sales required
  • Navigated complex direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders
  • Sold net-new business and expansions to C-level buyers in SLED accounts
  • Managed consultative sales processes with value-based outcomes
  • 2-4+ years in enterprise software sales with track record; bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
