TL;DR

Sales Compensation Manager (Sales Ops): Design, rollout, and administer incentive compensation plans for Sales and GTM organization with an accent on quota alignment, crediting rules, and global consistency. Focus on managing commission operations, building analytical models for performance tracking, and ensuring data accuracy across tools like Salesforce and Xactly.

Location: Hybrid in or near Austin, TX. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

$120,000 — $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design, rollout, and administer sales compensation programs including quotas, territories, crediting rules, and plan documentation.
  • Manage daily commission operations: calculations, validations, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and payouts.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, analytical models for quota attainment, performance trends, and scenario planning.
  • Configure and update Incentive Compensation Management platform like Xactly for plans, logic, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Systems for data integrity and process governance.
  • Resolve inquiries and disputes from compensation plan participants.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales compensation program support and administration.
  • Experience with sales compensation tools like Xactly, Callidus, Performio.
  • Advanced analytical skills, process analysis, and automation opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills.
  • Comfort in fast-paced environment with deadline management.

  • Expertise with Xactly.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity.
