$120,000 — $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Design, rollout, and administer sales compensation programs including quotas, territories, crediting rules, and plan documentation.
- Manage daily commission operations: calculations, validations, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and payouts.
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytical models for quota attainment, performance trends, and scenario planning.
- Configure and update Incentive Compensation Management platform like Xactly for plans, logic, and reporting.
- Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Systems for data integrity and process governance.
- Resolve inquiries and disputes from compensation plan participants.
Requirements
- 6+ years in sales compensation program support and administration.
- Experience with sales compensation tools like Xactly, Callidus, Performio.
- Advanced analytical skills, process analysis, and automation opportunities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills.
- Comfort in fast-paced environment with deadline management.
