BDR Manager (SaaS): Leading and coaching a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives to generate pipeline for the US Mid-Market segment with an accent on strategic outbound efforts and AI-driven process optimization. Focus on mentoring BDRs, coordinating with Account Executives, and delivering accurate performance forecasts.
Location: Hybrid (USA). Must work from the assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week
Salary: $170,000—$195,000 USD

What you will do
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Develop and execute career development plans for growth within the Sales organization.
- Coach BDRs on complex, multi-threaded outbound efforts, including account research and strategic messaging.
- Collaborate with Commercial AEs and marketing counterparts to meet pipeline objectives.
- Report team performance and provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
- Optimize team efficiency and output through the implementation of AI automation.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing sales professionals.
- Strong track record of quota attainment in both BDR and Account Executive roles.
- Proficiency in BDR Tech Stack: Salesforce, Outreach, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense.
- Experience managing or selling in Enterprise SaaS.
- Must be based in the US and able to work from the assigned office 3+ days per week.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
