Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

  • Design and improve sales workflows, lead management, and pipeline processes to increase efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to define and scope strategic initiatives that improve performance.
  • Lead the execution of strategic programs, managing milestones, ownership, and outcomes.
  • Establish and run operating cadences to provide leadership with visibility into performance.
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Optimize go-to-market systems and collaborate with enablement on reporting and training tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of sales operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and process design.
  • Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
