Location: Remote (anywhere in Europe)

Salary: 80,000–110,000 EUR (OTE up to 130,000 EUR)

What you will do

• Conduct deep technical discovery and requirements analysis for shipbuilding customers.
• Design and architect tailored hirify.global digital shipbuilding solutions.
• Deliver focused technical demonstrations to support the sales process.
• Serve as the technical authority and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Business Manager to drive deal strategy.
• Provide early implementation insights to ensure proposed solutions are viable and valuable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience with CAD, CAE, PLM, or related engineering software tools.
• Must be based anywhere in Europe.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers and stakeholders.
• Proven effectiveness in customer-facing roles and matrix organizations.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in shipbuilding or marine engineering.
• Background in industrial plant, process industries, or advanced engineering environments.
