Consultant (ERP)

Location: Must be located in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina. Hybrid position with travel and onsite requirements for team and client meetings.

Salary: $65,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Review business operations and evaluate programs to identify service and efficiency improvements.
• Assess best practices and provide technical assistance to public-sector clients.
• Manage small projects, staff, tasks, daily project functions, and client interactions.
• Facilitate client discussions and delegate responsibilities to team members.
• Lead proposal-writing teams and prepare client reports, presentations, and other written materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of experience; five or more years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of state-administered service delivery systems, federal oversight, regulations, and requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office and data analytics skills, with the ability to work accurately with large data sets.
• Strong business writing, presentation, communication, problem-solving, judgment, and project execution skills.
• Must be located in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid role with travel and onsite requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in public administration or a government-focused MBA.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, data management, reporting, cloud ERP, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, CDS Views, OData Services, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs.
