SAP EWM Consultant (Extended Warehouse Management)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze warehouse management and logistics requirements with supply chain, operations, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP EWM solutions for inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, wave, yard, cross-docking, labor, inventory, RF, and mobile processes.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, rollout, enhancement, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support activities.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, process design, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, PP, PM, TM, and FICO teams and prepare functional specifications.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and solution documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP EWM consulting experience and strong hands-on configuration expertise.
• Experience with at least one complete SAP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA EWM, decentralized EWM, or embedded EWM experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and RF solutions.
• Experience integrating EWM with TM, MM, SD, and PP.
• SAP EWM certification.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, logistics, or distribution.
