SAP PM Consultant (Plant Maintenance)

Location: Hybrid work environment based in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada

What you will do

• Gather and analyze maintenance and asset management requirements with maintenance, operations, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and support SAP PM solutions covering technical objects, functional locations, equipment master data, notifications, orders, and maintenance plans.
• Support preventive, corrective, breakdown, calibration, and work clearance management processes.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap assessments, process improvement initiatives, and SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation projects.
• Support integration with MM, PP, QM, EWM, and FICO, while preparing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams.
• Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing; provide production support, issue resolution, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP PM consulting experience and strong hands-on configuration skills.
• Experience completing at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or Intelligent Asset Management experience.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance best practices.
• Experience integrating SAP PM with mobile maintenance solutions.
• SAP PM certification.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, energy, or industrial sectors.
