SAP Solution Architect & Lead

Location: King St W, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work environment.

What you will do

• Define end-to-end SAP solution architectures aligned with business and enterprise architecture objectives.
• Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, solution assessments, fit-gap analysis, and architecture governance.
• Design SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmaps, target architectures, and SAP/non-SAP integration approaches.
• Guide data migration, master data, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability strategies.
• Provide architectural leadership through design, testing, deployment, hypercare, estimations, proposals, and pre-sales.
• Mentor consultants, developers, and project teams while maintaining architecture standards, documentation, and reference models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3+ years as an SAP Solution Architect.
• Strong experience across multiple SAP modules and business processes, including implementation, migration, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and enterprise integration solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, including engagement with executive and business leadership.
• Availability for a hybrid role in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Fiori experience.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with SAP RISE migration programs and SAP Architecture or SAP Professional certifications.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, public sector, or financial services.
