SAP PP/QM Consultant (Production Planning & Quality Management)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze manufacturing, production planning, and quality management requirements.
• Design, configure, and support SAP PP and SAP QM solutions.
• Support implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
• Configure production planning, MRP, MPS, production orders, capacity planning, shop floor control, quality planning, inspections, notifications, and audit management.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and functional specification activities.
• Provide production support, resolve incidents, deliver end-user training, and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP PP/QM consulting experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PP and SAP QM, including at least one complete SAP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional stakeholders and strong analytical and communication skills.
• English is required; French is preferred for Canadian projects.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Advanced Planning and Scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing.
• Experience integrating PP/QM with MES, EWM, PM, MM, and SD.
• SAP PP or QM certification.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
