What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operational execution of lead nurture campaigns within Iterable, from brief intake to deployment.
• Build and configure email journeys, triggered sends, and one-off campaigns based on approved strategy.
• Perform rigorous QA on all outgoing communications, including rendering, link integrity, suppression lists, and segmentation logic.
• Manage deployment schedules and campaign calendars to ensure consistent delivery.
• Generate performance reports on open, click, and conversion rates to inform future campaign briefs.
• Coordinate with copywriting and design teams to ensure asset delivery and align on schedules.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing operations, or CRM coordination.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Klaviyo.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong communication skills and a process-driven approach to catching errors before they ship.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
