TL;DR

Growth Marketing Specialist (B2B): Integrating technology partners into demand generation programs and digital sales channels with an accent on mid and bottom-of-funnel activities. Focus on optimizing partner visibility in ecommerce, managing partner-specific KPIs, and aligning partner messaging with solution-based selling.

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, ON, CA). Expectation to work from the office 2-4 times per month.

Salary: $62,000 – $78,000 annually + 8% Target Incentives

What you will do

  • Liaise with technology partners to align messaging, priorities, and investments with demand generation programs.
  • Execute mid to bottom-of-funnel tactics to drive engagement, leads, and digital revenue across the website and ecommerce platform.
  • Optimize partner offerings for digital discovery and conversion, supporting SAM+ hub initiatives.
  • Track partner-specific KPIs and share performance insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Solution Marketing, Category, and Sales teams to embed partner technologies into sales narratives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience designing end-to-end campaigns and customer journeys is required.
  • Technology industry experience required.
  • Understanding of technology partner ecosystems and solution-based selling.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing execution and sales enablement.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) for drafting marketing assets such as emails and landing pages.
