What you will do

• Fabricate, assemble, and integrate high-quality wire harness and electro-mechanical assemblies
• Read, interpret, and work from drawings, controlled documentation, and processes
• Perform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions
• Use mechanical and precision calibrated tools for assembly and checkouts
• Conduct electrical checkouts using custom and off-the-shelf equipment
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and document processes
• Ensure timely, safe, and professional production services

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in production assembly environment
• Experience working with engineers in development and production
• Able to work independently, problem-solve with minimal supervision
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a U.S. person per ITAR/EAR requirements (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Able to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed

Nice to have

• Experience inspecting wire harness and cable assemblies
• Aerospace, aviation, military, or high-reliability environment experience
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Skill with machinery, hand/power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Proficiency with computers and team collaboration
