What you will do

• Fabricate wire harnesses and electromechanical assemblies from assembly drawings and electrical schematics.
• Route harnesses and support the integration of assemblies on Mega-class satellites.
• Document all work performed through the MES system and other shop floor management tools.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering to develop production processes for first-time builds.
• Provide consistent process improvement feedback to engineering and production leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cable harness fabrication, assembly, or integration.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in aerospace or electronics.
• Proficiency with hand tools (torque wrenches, safety wire pliers) and measuring tools (digital multimeters, calipers).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks (bending, twisting, standing).
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• IPC Certification for PCB and cable harness rework (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620).
• Hand soldering ability and PCB rework experience.
• Ability to read, review, and redline electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with potting and encapsulation techniques for cables and enclosures.
