TL;DR
Senior Program Manager (Microsoft): Lead end-to-end readiness planning, enablement programs, and content execution for strategic Microsoft client engagement with an accent on cross-functional coordination, schedules, workbacks, and stakeholder communications. Focus on driving launches and milestones on time, managing risks and dependencies, and producing polished deliverables like docs, FAQs, and slide decks.
Location: Remote (US), US Pacific preferred (Central/Eastern considered). Must work US Pacific hours and coordinate across time zones. Eligible to onboard as Microsoft vendor (V-dash).
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do
- Serve as primary program lead, partnering with Microsoft stakeholders and internal teams to align priorities, scope, and expectations.
- Build client relationships through proactive communication, status reporting, and early surfacing of risks and recommendations.
- Own readiness scheduling, workbacks, dependency management, and issue resolution for content reviews and launches.
- Drive cross-team collaboration, consolidate feedback, and manage content updates and intake.
- Create or coordinate program communications and deliverables like docs, FAQs, and slide decks.
- Run planning rhythms, maintain documentation, and improve processes for clarity and speed.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years project/program management experience, ideally in readiness, launches, or content-heavy initiatives.
- Previous Microsoft experience required (vendor/partner preferred).
- Native/advanced English; exceptional communication for docs, FAQs, slide decks.
- Strong client-facing presence, relationship-building, cross-team leadership, ownership mentality.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with PM tools; agile a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft licensing/contracting (e.g., New Commerce).
- Strong writing for stakeholder communications.
