TL;DR

VP, Modern Workplace Program Manager: Lead planning and execution of workplace and digital workforce initiatives supporting US Hub Strategy and HR technology readiness programs. With an accent on cross-functional governance, technology transitions, onboarding logistics, and operational reporting. Focus on managing schedules, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and coordinating AV/desk deployments for minimal disruption.

Location: Hybrid supporting US Hub locations (Dallas, TX); travel to hubs required as needed; Legal US work authorization required, no visa sponsorship.

Salary: 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Lead and execute modern workplace programs aligned to US Hub Strategy and business needs.
  • Manage project costs, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across workstreams.
  • Own program communications, status updates, and stakeholder readouts.
  • Prepare project documentation including plans, risk logs, reports, and change orders.
  • Coordinate technology readiness for Interns and BLPs, including provisioning and onboarding.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and site stakeholders on demand forecasting and readiness.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding logistics and special initiatives in DEO/Frontline Experience.
  • Ensure alignment across workplace operations, technology teams, and end-user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years in technology program management (or HS/GED + 10+ years).
  • 10+ years leading technology projects/programs with infrastructure delivery experience.
  • Strong scope, scheduling, dependency, governance, and metrics management.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches.
  • Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: compute, AD/Identity, printers, AV, network fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in regulated environments, cloud migrations, identity lifecycle.
  • ITIL Foundation or vendor management skills.
  • Banking/finance industry experience.
