What you will do

• Oversee new and existing core system integration projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants, internal teams, partners, and clients to align technical and business goals.
• Lead requirements workshops, define scope, prioritize backlog, and manage defects and resources.
• Execute projects, facilitate UAT, maintain documentation, and track performance post-launch.
• Advocate for integration needs, support sales, handle escalations, and mentor on methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Solid technical background with hands-on software development and web technologies experience.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, project management, risk identification, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in APIs, REST, webhooks, and translating technical/business needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent; 5+ years leading teams/projects for enterprise software.
