What you will do

• Design, run, and evolve core operating cadences like delivery reviews, business reviews, and leadership inputs with clear agendas and AI-assisted action tracking.
• Create lightweight mechanisms for updates, unblocking decisions, and end-to-end delivery visibility partnering with Product Ops and TPMs.
• Synthesize cross-team updates into executive-ready narratives using AI for drafting and risk spotting.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks for org programs, and drive cross-team alignment on timelines and tradeoffs.
• Establish escalation paths, coordinate with Finance and other functions, and continuously improve operating systems.
• Identify and implement AI opportunities to reduce overhead in workflows like automated summaries and status rollups.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in United States or Canada
• 6+ years in program management, business operations, or similar in tech.
• Proven cross-functional operating cadences and planning with stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and written communication.
• Comfort in ambiguity, system improvements over time.
• Experience using AI tools for synthesis, reporting, and documentation with validation.

• Supporting engineering orgs with Product Ops and TPM partnership.
