What you will do

• Develop GTM strategies, operational playbooks, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Align marketing, sales, customer success, channel, finance, product, and operations into a unified revenue coalition.
• Optimize Rev-Tech stack including CRM, CPQ, analytics, and AI tools; ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
• Build advanced analytics, ML-based forecasting, territory optimization, and performance dashboards.
• Lead order desk, deal enablement, sales enablement, compensation, and global deal execution standardization.
• Drive RevOps transformation roadmap, change management, and continuous improvement with team leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations at high-growth B2B/SaaS company
• Proven leadership in cross-functional GTM programs and operational transformation, including scaling $100m ARR to $350m
• Deep expertise in Rev-Tech platforms (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, HubSpot)
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, scenario modeling, compensation design
• Conceptual fluency in AI/ML applications to revenue processes
• Executive presence, program management, stakeholder engagement, and empathetic leadership
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced training preferred
• Experience in cybersecurity, OT/IoT, or regulated verticals

• International exposure and regional GTM variations
• Familiarity with standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Demonstrable experience using AI-enabled tools daily
