TL;DR

VP, Revenue Intelligence & Growth Systems (AI): Building and operating an AI-powered revenue engine to drive predictable growth by turning product signals and pipeline data into scalable outcomes with an accent on AI-native GTM stacks and revenue efficiency. Focus on automating GTM workflows through agentic systems, reducing forecast variance, and optimizing the end-to-end revenue lifecycle.

Location: Must be based in the US (Open to remote or hybrid in SF/NYC)

Salary: $245,000 - $340,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end revenue system covering pipeline, bookings, revenue, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and operate an AI-native GTM operating model and stack using Salesforce, CPQ, and agentic tooling.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and revenue predictability for executive and board-level reporting.
  • Optimize revenue efficiency metrics, including ARR per rep, CAC payback, and pipeline conversion.
  • Translate product and AI usage signals into pricing, packaging, and capacity decisions.
  • Partner strategically with the CRO, CFO, and CEO to scale output without linear headcount growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of materially improving revenue performance and scaling automated GTM systems.
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline dynamics, and ARR to revenue conversion.
  • Strong financial and analytical fluency with the ability to partner with Finance teams.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level decisions.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare data domains.
  • Experience commercializing AI products or managing a company through an AI/platform transition.
