HR Business Partner

TL;DR

HR Business Partner (HRBP): Developing and executing HR strategies to support business objectives with an accent on executive consultation, workforce planning, and organizational design. Focus on driving alignment across global teams, solving complex employee relations issues, and implementing strategic HR cyclical activities.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in the US (Overland Park, KS). Relocation is eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide executive-level consultation on workforce planning, organization design, and performance management.
• Manage HR cyclical activities including pay planning, succession planning, and performance reviews.
• Act as a change agent for new HR programs and processes across global teams.
• Advise management on personnel policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Coach and develop HR team members to strengthen overall performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in functional areas.
• Deep knowledge of US domestic employment law (FLSA, Wage & Hour).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR (Master’s preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and engage with a global workforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
