TL;DR

Strategic Partner Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving the establishment, management, and growth of hirify.global’ presence within service provider partners with an accent on revenue growth, market share expansion, and partner enablement. Focus on recruiting and onboarding new MSP partners, conducting strategic business reviews, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to increase product adoption.

Location: Remote (United Kingdom). Regional travel is required up to 50% of the time.

What you will do

  • Establish and grow hirify.global' presence within existing and new service provider partners.
  • Drive incremental ARR and sales growth through the management of sales initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and provide enablement training for new MSP partners.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts and pipeline reports to sales management.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and business planning sessions with assigned partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to ensure seamless account management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total sales/account management experience with strategic large accounts.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success recruiting and managing service provider partners in backup, disaster recovery, or cloud security.
  • Strong strategic business development skills and tactical implementation expertise.
  • Technical aptitude to deliver product training and understand client technical needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom and willing to travel frequently (up to 50%).
