What you will do

• Devise long-term infrastructure strategy balancing AI innovation with enterprise reliability and global scale.
• Manage and grow team of Lead/Principal Engineers with technical mentorship and high-performance culture.
• Lead multi-region, multi-substrate scaling of Super Agent architecture in hirify.global commercial cloud.
• Oversee legacy and custom deployments ensuring seamless support for critical customers.
• Drive Private Cloud Edition and Government Cloud compliance, security, and sovereignty strategies.
• Define SLIs/SLOs, lead incident-to-insight processes, and align with Product/Engineering/Security stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Production Engineering/SRE/Infrastructure, 3-5+ years people management.
• Deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, AI/GPU workloads.
• Track record scaling production environments 1-to-100 in multi-region/multi-cloud setups.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers with custom, high-compliance deployments.
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and advanced prompt engineering.
• Proven leadership in incidents, migrations, and articulating complex technical visions.

Nice to have

• Experience with FedRAMP, IL5/IL6, Government/Sovereign Clouds.
• hirify.global-specific knowledge: Hyperforce, Data Cloud, Private Cloud Edition.
• Hybrid public/specialized cloud infrastructure management.
• M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
