What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution and delivery for the most strategic Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
• Hire, develop, and scale a world-class team of Forward Deployed Engineers, establishing technical bars and career frameworks.
• Provide technical oversight across the full AI stack, including agents, models, evaluations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to codify field patterns into reusable platform capabilities and playbooks.
• Forge trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into technical roadmaps.
• Enforce production excellence standards for reliability, security, and observability in deployed agents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading customer-facing technical teams.
• Hands-on fluency with LLMs, agent systems, Python or TypeScript, and data systems (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC.
• Proven track record of deploying AI into complex enterprise environments, handling security reviews and compliance.
• Ability to operate with a founder's mindset and high autonomy in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical trade-offs for executive audiences.
