• Serve as a subject matter expert on applicant tracking systems and sourcing methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing methodologies.
• Deep knowledge and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong skills in candidate relationship management and customer focus.
• Ability to manage client-facing activities with high responsiveness.
