Salary: $160,000 – $188,000

What you will do
- Lead the GTM Programs team to design and deliver scalable, high-impact enablement programs across the organization.
- Partner with Sales, Post-sales, Marketing, and Partnerships leadership to identify and prioritize enablement needs.
- Own the strategy and execution of key initiatives including onboarding, continuous learning, and product launches.
- Build and maintain a robust enablement calendar to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define and track KPIs using data to continuously iterate and improve program impact.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and learning technology partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling enablement programs in large, multi-segment GTM organizations.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience leading executive-level presentations.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure program impact.
