What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and run tailored demos for mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Own the Proof of Concept (POC) process, designing prototypes and validating scalability and integration requirements.
  • Accelerate customer activation from signup to production usage by identifying and removing onboarding friction.
  • Translate customer requirements into product insights to influence the development roadmap.
  • Create reusable technical assets, including demo environments, code snippets, and vertical-specific playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Developer Advocate.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing code (JavaScript, Python, Go, React, or similar).
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and frontend frameworks (React/Vue).
  • Ability to conduct technical discussions with both engineers and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of file uploads, media processing, CDN, storage, or edge delivery concepts.
  • Background working at developer-first companies like Twilio, Stripe, or Cloudinary.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles with deals ranging from $25K to $100K+.
