What you will do

  • Bid and secure modernization and new installation contracts while maintaining market awareness of competitors.
  • Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and consultants during the pre-bidding phase.
  • Perform onsite surveys and create quoting packages based on blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Develop strategic capital plans to address the short- and long-term needs of building owners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and coordinate the submittal approval process.
  • Partner with operations and legal teams to negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
