What you will do

  • Prospect new business via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and meetings to build a customer pipeline for FTL and Intermodal services.
  • Manage existing clients to increase bookings, margins, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify key decision makers and present the company value proposition compellingly.
  • Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding processes.
  • Refine sales techniques through role play, objection handling, and data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by sharing customer feedback to enhance the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 0-1+ years of sales experience or relevant academic coursework.
  • Proven relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • High energy and excellent communication skills to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player with a sense of urgency.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chicago, IL
