TL;DR
Sales Executive (Wireless & GMA): Driving the growth of wireless testing, certification, and Global Market Access business across North America with an accent on new business generation and expanding customer relationships. Focus on promoting an integrated service portfolio including OTA, RF, EMC, and high-speed interface testing.
Location: Onsite in Milpitas, CA, USA
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand wireless testing, certification, and Global Market Access (GMA) business.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities across OTA, RF, EMC, and Carrier Certification services.
- Drive sales for GRL-related services, including high-speed interface (USB, HDMI, DisplayPort) and power/charging technologies.
- Acquire new customers in the wireless, IoT, and consumer electronics markets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and convert leads into open orders.
- Collaborate with engineering and lab operations to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or business development within wireless, RF, EMC, certification, or lab-based testing environments.
- Knowledge of wireless technologies, including 4G/5G and IoT devices.
- Proven experience selling regulatory or compliance services.
- Must be based in or able to work from Milpitas, CA
Nice to have
- Exposure to high-speed interface (USB, HDMI, DisplayPort) or electronics compliance testing.
- Familiarity with FCC, PTCRB, CTIA, or carrier certification processes.
- Experience with Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile certification programs.
- Hands-on laboratory experience.
