What you will do

• Perform journal entries and complex account reconciliations in compliance with audit requirements.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processes and prepare reporting packages for leadership.
• Analyze income statements and balance sheets to identify and report variances and trends.
• Manage monthly bank account reconciliations and intercompany wire settlements.
• Collaborate with corporate accounting, statutory reporting, and actuarial teams to resolve financial issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 1 to 3+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products.
• Must have valid US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available now or in the future).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or CPA certification.
