What you will do

• Identify abnormal or suspicious activities, report irregularities, and recommend improvements to operating procedures.
• Research, reconcile, and clear banking center suspense entries within guidelines, escalating negative trends.
• Monitor general ledger suspense accounts and resolve teller differences to minimize losses and client impact.
• Track teller outage expenses, respond to inquiries, and prepare monthly reports.
• Reconcile BOKF imaged ATM deposits, resolve dispute claims, and process Official Checks and Money Orders.
• Maintain department reporting on outages, audit exceptions, and assist with policy development and training.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in business-related field and 1-2 years in financial institution or accounting/reconciliation experience.
• Working knowledge of banking center teller/platform operations, processes, and ATM reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
