What you will do

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and intercompany eliminations for month-end close in accordance with GAAP.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and perform variance analysis for financial reporting.
• Collaborate with international teams on cash forecasting, intercompany accounting, and financial statements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and support decision-making with ad hoc analyses.
• Improve processes, assist with special projects, and facilitate external audit requests.
• Support FP&A and other departments for accurate financial results and technical accounting areas like lease accounting (ASC 842).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Understanding of US GAAP and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) track preferred; public accounting or corporate experience a plus.
