What you will do

• Process specialized reimbursement activities, including letters, deposits, and ACH transactions.
• Post reimbursement payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Scan, organize, and maintain financial and reimbursement documentation.
• Prepare and distribute weekly check registers.
• Deposit corporate checks using desktop scanners and prepare deposit slips.
• Provide backup support for various accounting and administrative functions.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Understanding of reimbursement processes, payment posting, and cash handling.
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements and PHI confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Fresno, CA.
