What you will do

• Prepare regulatory financial disclosure schedules (10-K, FR Y-9C, Call Report) for consolidated and entity-level reporting.
• Map US GAAP financial statements into report formats using proprietary tools such as GL Reporting Web, BSW, FBS, and Essbase.
• Manage the RFRD dashboard, perform edit checks, and prepare management decks via Workiva.
• Implement new regulatory disclosure requirements and streamline cross-functional processes.
• Perform control processes, including detailed reconciliations and variance analytics.
• Mentor junior team members and analysts to support team growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting or a related role.
• Proven experience interpreting regulatory requirements as they relate to US GAAP Accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Axiom, Workiva, and Decision Tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders and senior management.
