What you will do

  • Manage company-wide financial reporting and forecasting, with direct ownership of key R&D functions.
  • Serve as a finance business partner to R&D, managing departmental headcount and budget.
  • Collaborate with the CFO, CTO, and VP of Product to balance the technical roadmap with budget objectives.
  • Own the holistic cost of revenue forecast, partnering with Engineering FinOps to link platform performance to financial impact.
  • Drive the development of Board of Directors presentations, executive dashboards, and key KPIs.
  • Perform account-level variance analysis to identify financial risks and opportunities for senior management.

Requirements

  • BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in an FP&A role at a SaaS company, public accounting firm, or investment bank.
  • Advanced quantitative and financial modeling skills with high proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
