What you will do

  • Identify and build strategic relationships with C-level, Finance, and Digital leaders at large Spanish and Portuguese enterprises (€100M+ revenue).
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to close high-value deals for global payment, payout, and embedded finance solutions.
  • Proactively source and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities as a pure hunter.
  • Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, and risk teams to design tailored solutions for complex client requirements.
  • Monitor the Iberian payments landscape and competitor strategies to optimize market positioning.
  • Track and report KPIs including pipeline development and closed revenue to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS with a proven hunter profile.
  • Demonstrable track record of closing six-figure+ ACV deals with large enterprises in Spain or Portugal.
  • Deep understanding of complex payment systems, cross-border commerce, and enterprise financial workflows.
  • Strong existing network within the Spanish and Portuguese enterprise ecosystem.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate long, complex sales cycles with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record selling payment solutions into verticals such as Fashion, Luxury Goods, Electronics, Travel, Gaming, or Telecom.
